Ed Fisher
Ed was the Senior Electrical Engineer at Wicab, Inc. and instrumental in the development and design of the portable Brainport device. Ed shared seven years of his expertise basically from the beginning of the sensory substitution technology when it was first called the Tongue Display Unit or TDU to what the balance device is today. With his amazing ability to develop into a device Paul Bach-y-Rita’s vision of the Brainport, Ed was a perfect fit for the team. Thank you Ed for your dedication, your visions, your skill and talents. You’re definitely one of my favorite people!
